Data-driven work naturally requires data. This page links to datasets that my co-authors and I have collected, with the hope that it will spur further research by others.

Cancer Clinical Trial Dataset (with A. Anderer and J. Silberholz)

• digitized Kaplan-Meier curves on surrogate and true outcomes from 1,865 metastatic breast cancer clinical trials

Targeted COVID-19 Screening Dataset (with K. Drakopoulos, V. Gupta and Greek COVID-19 Taskforce)
